• Preparing Your Business for Customers: Helps small business owners plan and develop materials (from forms to brochures and business cards) that will market their business and also manage their customer time more effectively.

• Communication Skills: Enables business owners, administrators, parents to communicate in a clear, positive, open-ended manner. Advocate for yourself, your business and your family in a way that gets you the answers you need to make important decisions. Techniques include The Right Question Project, Confidential Communication, Managing Group Communication, Conversation vs Confrontation.

• Goal Setting & Action Plans: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely goals, short term objectives and action plans will be discussed and developed. Learn process, build structure and experience success.
