 Hailing from Idaho, Ben Glover is a certified teacher with year of experience teaching.  He has degrees in both business and economics and will complete his masters in educational leadership within the year.  In addition to being a teacher, Ben has also run a emergency shelter, was the business manager of a small non-profit, and enjoyed being a foster parent.  When not in school or working, Ben loves to spend time with his wife and their six children.

Alex Tatum was raised in Anchorage.  He's attended both Alaska Methodist University and University of Alaska.  He has a BA in History and North Pacific Studies, a MS degree in Global Logistic and Supply Chain Management and will be completing another MS degree in Project Management this spring.

Alex's educational career includes: Starting the first high school program for the students of Emmonak and Holy Cross in Alaska; principal for the K-12 school in Kaltag, Alaska; Superintendent of the Kashunamiut School District; and he also worked with the Family Partnership Charter School.

In the business world Alex has managed several Alaska Native Corporations both for-profit and nonprofit and was contracted as a Tribal Administrator.  Currently he is providing training throughout rural Alaska.

Lillian is the Executive Director of Big Valley Community Alliance.  She has a M. ED Degree in in Special Education, BA Degree in Language Pathologies, and an AA in English.  She also has be completed pertinent education in Early Childhood Education, Audiology, Speech Pathology, Linguistics, Non Profit Management, and Peer Support.

Her background includes assisting high risk/at risk families, public speaking in both the rural and legislative arenas, Executive Director of two non profit corporations, a Trustee on non profit Boards, a member of Advisory Committees, and working with the families of the North Slope of Alaska.
